Out of the Blue

Seafood lovers, rejoice—new restaurant Blue Marlin gives you three different concept restaurants in one—and all focus on the freshest island seafood. The distinct dining areas and menus are Blue Marlin Restaurant (sit down, indoor/outdoor seating), Blue Marlin Tapas & Sushi Bar (sushi bar seating) and HI Tide Poke Cafe (a casual grab-andgo poke bowl storefront).

Blue Marlin Restaurant’s menu invites diners to experience seafood in different preparations and draws on influences from Hawaiian, Japanese, Korean and Spanish cuisines. Sit down for a Chilled Seafood Platter or various lobster preparations (Black Bean, BBq or Lemon Risotto “Arancini”). Other options include a selection of paellas and teppanyaki.

At the sushi bar, order nigiri, maki rolls and Blue Marlin Specialty Rolls, such as the Eel Dragon, Kim Chee Hamachi or Spicy Ahi Tartar. And if that weren’t enough to choose from, there is also a hot and cold tapas menu with unique items not found on the restaurant menu.

HI Tide Poke CafĂ© serves up a local favorite: poke bowls. The poke bowls are made-to-order; choose from two seafood options (‘ahi, hamachi, salmon and octopus) and then choose your sauce style (Hawaiian, Japanese, Korean and Southeast Asian).

With three unique dining options under one roof, you’ll be sure to feast on the bounty of the ocean— whether it’s a poke bowl to go or a relaxing sit-down meal alfresco on the open-air lanai.
