Sailing on the ocean, watching the sunset and relaxing with a drink in hand—is there a better way to end the day?

Settle in at sea to watch the sun set with a cocktail in hand aboard the Maita’i Catamaran.

Offered daily at 5 p.m., leave the commotion of the city behind as you embark on the Sunset Mai Tai sail. Barefoot board the twin-hulled vessel right on Waikiki Beach (look for its signature green sails), between the Halekulani and Sheraton Waikiki hotels, before gliding through the surf line. The scenic sail provides prime views of Hawai’i and the sunset and is accompanied with music from a sound system.

With only 47 seats available, each ocean adventure is cozy, and a bathroom facility onboard also ensures comfort during the entirety of the sail.

Beverages during the duration of the evening include Mai Tais, beer, champagne, wine, juices and soft drinks.

For especially intimate gatherings, the catamaran also is available for private use for weddings, receptions, parties and more.

Advance reservations are necessary and can be made by phone or online.
