CJ’s New York Style Deli at the Hilton Hawaiian Village is all about making people happy. And what better way to do that than with amazing dishes that ooze with quality ingredients and flavor?
“CJ’s is all about quality and quantity,” says owner Robert Bach. “The portions are large, and the quality of ingredients are top-notch.”
Deli meats like pastrami are from the same high-quality suppliers that provide meats to New York delicatessens, and patrons can get their own sample in the Pastrami Reuben ($16), which features a mound of hot pastrami piled high with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing.
For those craving breakfast foods (served all day!), CJ’s offers the Triple Play ($19)—its most popular first-meal item.
“The Triple Play is popular, because it provides a sampling of three awesome dishes, all in one,” Bach continues.
A mini Wagyu beef loco moco and mini macadamia nut-coconut pancakes with strawberries are two sweet and savory dishes in the meal. Rounding out the Triple Play is a gourmet bacon, tomato and avocado benedict.
Visitors and locals can enjoy a New York-style deli right here in Waikiki from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily, and with a wide variety of flavors on the menu, there’s definitely something for everyone.
