A special experience for dedicated foodies.

For a different spin on the farm-to-table concept, Sheraton Waikiki’s award-winning Senior Executive Sous Chef, Colin Hazama, has partnered with Naked Cow Dairy for a two-day “Table-to-Farm” experience.

Hazama worked with Naked Cow Dairy’s cheese maker and butter cultivator, Sabrina St. Martin and Monique Vanderstrom to create this unique dining experience. On the first day, diners indulge meal created with farm-fresh produce at edge of Waikiki, located oceanfront at the Sheraton Waikiki. The next day, guests are treated to an intimate farm tour of Naked Dairy, where they learn where ingredients from the previous night’s meal were sourced. Tours depart from Sheraton Waikiki Aloha Landing at 10 a.m. After the tour, Hazama provides a cooking demonstration and guests get to sit for a lunch picnic at Naked Cow Dairy Farms. Cost for dinner only is $103 per person, $133 with wine pairing; dinner only with farm tour and picnic lunch is $170 person, $200 with wine pairing.
