Before the days of daily non-stop flights, there were Boat Days, when visitor arrivals were an event and traveling on the S.S. Lurline was as much an experience as the time one spent in Waikiki. The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort has partnered with Matson Navigation Company to present an exhibit that celebrates this bygone era.
