You’re sure to find a piece of true aloha at Bailey’s Antiques and Aloha Shirts. Located near the Honolulu Zoo at the Diamond Head end of Waikiki, Bailey’s is renowned for having the world’s largest selection of aloha shirts—more than 15,000 to be exact. The store’s impressive inventory of shirts spans the gamut, ranging from new shirts from brands such as Kona Bay Kalakaua, Iolani and other Hawai‘i-based manufacturers; to vintage shirts from the ’30s up through the ’70s; hundreds of used, modern shirts priced starting at just $3.99; and specialty shirts from designers Reyn Spooner, Sig Zane, Tommy Bahama, Jams World and other hard-to-come-by labels. Founded in 1980 by owner David Bailey, Bailey’s also sells an array of antiques that include lighters, Hawaiian LPs, figurines, jewelry, sheet music, military items, toys, postcard, ephemera and more.
