The newly renovated Tropics Bar & Grill in the Hilton Hawaiian Village couldn’t be any closer to the beach—it’s right on it! Take in super scenic views of Waikiki Beach while dining on a menu featuring unique Hawaiian-inspired dishes and spins on classic comfort food, all using the freshest local ingredients. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Tropics Bar & Grill has indoor and outdoor seating. Gluten-free options are also available, as well as a kid’s menu. A new cocktail menu is also featured at the bar, which is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. One of the newest concoctions, the “Hawaii 5-0,” features Absolut Raspberry Vodka, Bols Blue Curacao, Sweet and Sour and Strawberry Puree. But the classic drink on the menu that also features Bols Blue Curacao is the Blue Hawaii, which was invented in 1957 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village by bartender Harry Yee. It’s the perfect drink to sip on while watching the sunset or taking in featured local musicians nightly.
