Tiki Time

July 5, 2013 | By Waikiki Magazine Team

Coconut Willy’s is a Waikiki institution. Originally located in International Marketplace, and later on Lewers Street, it’s now re-opened on the former Hard Rock Cafe site on the corner of Kalakaua and Kapi’olani (across the street from the Convention Center). Part restaurant, part bar, part dance club, there really is something for everyone. Come down for live music acts and DJs to dance the night away, or chill out in the Tiki Bar Ultra-Lounge, which is set up with couches and flat screen TVs. Food is served all night, from dinner to closing; signature menu items from Executive Chef Kawika Cahill include Coconut Fried Shrimp, Ribeye Steak with Mushroom Brown Gravy and Ahi Poke Martini. Put on your dancing shoes or just come on down for a beer; it’s all good times happening at Coconut Willy’s.
