Like all great rock stars, Hard Rock Cafe breathed new life into its repertoire and has added some new flavors to its already-legendary act.

Following 14 months of research, which involved culinary development and guest evaluations (lucky guests!), Hard Rock Cafe launched a menu that features 30 new items and modified 28 existing items.

The menu overhaul takes the diner from opening act to encore. To kick things off, there’s the Aire Mexico, a sampling-sized portion of Hard Rock Cafe’s margaritas. For an interactive libation, try the Red Berry Press, a cocktail that uses a coffee press to macerate fresh berries with lemonade, lemon-lime soda and SVEDKA Clementine vodka. Surefire hits among the appetizers and salads include the Nachopalooza, Rockin’ Wings (choose between buffalo style, dry seasoned or grilled with Classic Rock, Tangy or Heavy Metal sauces) and the Grilled Chicken Arugula Salad.

Popular new entrees include the Cowboy Rib Eye, the Pier 38 Catch of the Day—featuring fish from the auction block at Pier 38. Hard Rock Cafe kept the things that worked (including the thick French fries) and tweaked existing menu items such as the eatery’s Legendary Burgers.

Ending things on a sweet note, try the Hot Fudge Brownie or the Fresh Apple Cobbler. For a more adult-oriented dessert, choose the Twist & Shout Shake that combines Bacardi OakHeart Spiced Rum, Guinness, DeKuyper Dark Crème de Cacao, chocolate syrup, vanilla ice cream and Monin Salted Caramel—topped with whipped cream, caramel chocolate syrup and bacon.
