If DIY is your dining style, customize a tortilla with Chili’s refashioned fajita garnishes. Start with iron skillet-prepped pork carnitas, chicken, steak or shrimp, then mix and match signature toppings. Simply pile on fresh onions, peppers, guacamole and house-made condiments to craft your ultimate fajita.

Or ignite your senses with dishes from the Fresh Mex Menu. Bite into customizable Fresh Mex Bowls available any time of day (only $7 as a Lunch Combos special). Order a Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl blended with refreshing cumin-lime sour cream, or turn up the heat with a Margarita Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl drizzled with margarita sauce. Both bowls feature cilantro, pico de gallo and tasty corn and black bean salsa.
