We live in an age of technology. Not only do we connect face-to-face, but we also connect wirelessly. Royal Hawaiian Center understands our need for connectivity, and now offers free Oceanic Time Warner Cable WiFi on floors two and three. Previously, free WiFi only was available to patrons at the Pa‘ina Lana‘i Food Court.

“We felt that it was a critical customer service to offer in Waikiki,” explains Royal Hawaiian Center marketing director Sam Shenkus. “Many of our customers are literally from all over the world, and if they have not purchased a roaming plan from their carrier, they don’t have access to their smart phones and their iPads.”

The first two hours of the WiFi service are free, per day, per device. WiFi does not operate from midnight until 7 a.m., as the shopping center is closed during those hours.

Those who wish to extend the WiFi capabilities can purchase the TWC (Time Warner Cable) Access Pass for $2.95 for one hour, $6.95 for one day, $19.95 for a week and $49.95 for a monthly plan.

“It’s important to note that all major credit cards, including major Asian credit cards are honored,” Shenkus says.
