Co-founded by two of Hawai'i's James Beard Award-winning chefs, Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong, this festival serves up four days of culinary excitement. More than 60 chefs will be on hand to serve up their dishes at events spanning four days: Under the MODERN Moon: Morimoto and Friends on September 5; Halekulani Master Chefs Gala Series on September 6; Taste our Love for the Land on September 7 and Savory Ever After on September 8.
